AAA Rents began with a vision and a whole lot of heart. In 1994, Mark and Nancy Hawk opened AAA Rents with a modest inventory of tables, chairs, and tools, backed by their extensive experience in event rentals. While tools were once a key part of the business, today AAA Rents focuses exclusively on providing quality party and event rental equipment to the Quad Cities community.
What started as a small, family-run operation quickly earned a reputation for reliability, personalized service, and an unwavering commitment to the local community. As the Quad Cities grew, so did we. Recognizing the area’s demand for high-quality event rentals, AAA Rents expanded into tents, linens, and a wide array of party essentials, transforming from a tool rental shop into a go-to partner for weddings, corporate events, and milestone celebrations. Our commitment to excellence turned first-time customers into lifelong clients.
In 2001, AAA Rents took a major step forward by purchasing a facility on Brady Street in Davenport to accommodate our rapidly expanding inventory. Today, that building serves as our support warehouse, housing our extensive rental stock, while all customer service and operations are run out of our Moline location for a more streamlined and accessible experience.
In 2005, the business proudly welcomed the next generation, David Hawk, son of founders Mark and Nancy. With a deep understanding of the family’s values and a drive to innovate, David has played a key role in shaping the company’s continued growth and reputation for exceptional service throughout the Quad Cities.
Today, AAA Rents is proud to be a cornerstone in the Quad Cities rental scene, still family-owned, still community-focused, and still raising the bar for what great service looks like.
