Chafing Dishes

Chafing dishes, also known as chafers, are the perfect way to serve hot food at any event. Chafers consist of a frame, lid, food pan, water pan and holders for the gel fuel.

The gel fuel is lit and it heats the water, which in turn keeps the food warm. The fuel gel cans last 2-3 hours.
